Sergio Corrales, DO

Sergio A. Corrales, DO, is a rheumatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in the Upstate region of South Carolina and completed his internal medicine residency at Jefferson Health New Jersey. He subsequently completed his rheumatology fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Rheumatology Fellow.

Dr. Corrales practices broad general rheumatology, with clinical interests in inflammatory arthritis, lupus and other connective tissue diseases, osteoporosis, and the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. He emphasizes clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s needs and goals. Dr. Corrales is an active member of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and is fluent in English and Spanish.
